The services Coldwell Banker and I offer are not accidental!  I have worked with hundreds of sellers over the past 25 years, and I have learned that most share five essential priorities:

2.  Most sellers have time constraints that must be met. 
3.  Sellers understand that selling a house always involves some inconvenience, but they expect us to help keep the hassle to a minimum. 
4.  Sellers hate being kept in the dark. Good news, bad news, or no news, they want to hear from their agent. They want honest, timely information and answers to their questions. 
5.  It's important to most sellers to see that we really are working hard on their behalf. They expect us to pull out all the stops to get the job done, and they want to see evidence that we're doing that.
