Meet Bruce Plummer, consistently a Top-Producer.  With 25 years experience, and hundreds of Millions in Sales and Listings, he has developed a proven record of success.  

Bruce holds the designations ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and has been recognized by the National Academy of Conciliators as a Certified Dispute Settler.  He has traveled extensively completing hundreds of hours of training in Residential and Commercial/Investment real estate, and is a much sought after instructor by many real estate organizations, as well as the local college.  

Bruce was a partner in his own firm (Plummer & Co., REALTORS) until 1991 when he sold his company to Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, one of the area’s largest full service real estate firms.  He served as the Managing Broker of the Lewes office until 2003 when he was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a position he holds currently.  

He has twice received the coveted REALTOR OF THE YEAR Award from the Sussex County Association, and is the only one to have received both the REALTOR OF THE YEAR and SALESPERSON OF THE YEAR AWARDS from the Association.  He served as the Association’s President in 1987, and has chaired its professional standards committee for most of the past decade.  He has also served as a Director on the State Association.

 A native to Lewes, Bruce resides on Red Mill Pond with his wife and two children, and is active in many local organizations.
